POLICIES

Return Policy
Within 30 days and with the receipt, returns can be made for exchange on any other item or in-store credit. Store credit may be used at any time and on any item. It never expires. All returns require original packaging and tags.

Defective Items
If an item is thought defective, it must be returned for determination with receipt within 15 days. The item must have original packaging and tags. The item must not show any sign of wear. Any evidence of wear will void any ability to exchange or receive store credit. The item in question will be assessed and you will be notified by phone or e-mail on the determination. If the item is deemed defective, we will replace it, exchange it or reimburse you for the item plus shipping. If the item is not deemed defective, you will have the option to have it returned to you at your shipping expense or leave it with us with nothing in return.

Special Orders 
Orders on items that we do not have in our inventory are available. These take much consideration, so in order to get exactly what you are looking for, please call or e-mail us with the best description possible and we will try to find it for you. Then we will return your call or e-mail with clarification and options for you before we place the order. Special orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to ship out but can take up to 12 weeks. You will be notified of the estimated order time. Returns on special orders will also be for exchange or store credit but will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the price.

Group Discounts
20% group discounts are available on purchases of six or more of the same item (different sizes and colors included). The purchase must be paid for all at once. We will be happy to provide yu with the total for each individual, but we will not split the payments up between members of the group. Discounts do not apply to already discounted items.

Company and Student Discounts
10% Company member and college student discounts are available. Verification is required in order to receive a discount. 
- Company member verification:
The dance studio or company in which you attend must first register their studio with Attitudes. Then, they must supply us with a list of the names of their current advanced dancers/company members/competition team on the studio letterhead. We will check that your name is on the list and register you as a company member or student so that all your future purchases will receive a 10% discount. The studio must supply us with a new list every year to remain active in the Company Member discount program. If your name is not on the list, you will no longer receive a discount.
- College student verification:
A copy of your current student ID must be faxed to us in order to register yourself as a college student. We will then apply a 10% discount on all your future purchases. You must supply us with a copy of your student ID every year to remain in the College Student discount program. If we do not receive a copy of your student ID, you will no longer receive a discount.
